Teaser chess set with the message ‘What is missing in your strategy’ printed on the cover was selectively send to a group of high profile audience. Deliberately removing the the King and Queen pieces to represent the missing players, personal follow-up calls by the Suntec team was made when customers requested the missing chess pieces.

The campaign message: You can't win a game of chess without your key players and you can't deliver a successful event without a reliable partner.
